SIX IN SIX is Back for 2017!

This meme, hosted by Jo @ The Book Jotter, is back for another year. It's the sixth SIX IN SIX (that's a bit of a tongue twister).

SIX IN SIX is a meme where the aim is to share in July six books in six categories from the books we have read etc. in the first six months of the year, either using Jo's categories or our own.

I participated in this meme for the first time in 2016 and had so much fun looking back over what books I'd read and slotting them into categories that I'm happy to do it again in 2017.

My six categories are made up of three I used last year* and three new ones from Jo's list.

Six Book Covers I Love

That's my SIX IN SIX for this year. Why don't you give it a try? It may be a little daunting at first, but it soon turns into an exercise in fun!

  1. Thank you for joining in. I must look out for those series of books you have started.

    1. Thank you for hosting this meme again. I didn't realise I was following so many series, but I enjoyed them all.

  2. Good categories! I've not read the 1st book in the Hardcastle and Chaytor Romney Marsh Mysteries, but I did enjoy the 2nd. I loved The Far Pavilions when I read it years ago.

    1. Thank you, Margaret. I'm looking forward to reading the next Hardcastle and Chaytor book and also The Far Pavilions. The latter will be a challenge given its size.

  3. You've read some interesting books so far this year! I need to continue with the Blake and Avery series soon - I really enjoyed The Strangler Vine but still haven't started the second book.

    1. I've read the second book and while I enjoyed it, felt it wasn't as good as The Strangler Vine.
